1.       The price listed is the product price does not include postage. ModisShop.com does not take advantage of the cost of shipping goods. Shipping cost is paid fully by consumers.

2.       For shipping, we use JNE (www.jne.co.id) with the regular tariff, unless there are special requests from customers for using other tariff services. The amount of postage is based on the price of JNE. Rules and regulations is based on JNE delivery

3.       Consumers can request to ModisShop.com via email marketing@modisshop.com order goods to be sent included in insurance. Insurance costs is paid by the consumer.

4.       If the products purchased were not up to the delivery destination address that caused the error delivery service's mistake and ModisShop.com can show proof of shipment receipt, then it will not be our responsibility.

5.       Money orders are not replaced if consumers express shipment is not received, If ModisShop.com and delivery services already have evidence that the product has received a clear signature and name of the recipient.
